What to expect: 

Session #1 

• We will identify, clarify and create a vision of what SUCCESS looks like for YOU!
• Using my experience and expertise, we will drill down to understand the underlying challenges that you are facing.
• I will encourage you to appreciate yourself (and others) from a new perspective
• I will nurture and evoke strategies and a plan of action to best fit YOUR goals, personality and vision!
• I will help foster motivation and accountability to ensure FAST RESULTS!
• You will walk away with a clear ACTION PLAN to success!

Coaching Packages also include (each session): 

• I will send you an email summary of our discussion and "Next Steps" along with your commitments for the week.
• I will be available to YOU to reach out to via text/email between sessions for continued guidance or encouragement.
• You will be held accountable with a follow-up appointment to review and revise as needed.

Along with over 30 years in customer service – both client facing as well as team management – she has an abundance of experience helping others reach their personal goals and uncovering their greatest potential.
